Shipping costs through the online shop are based off estimates on our judgement and might not accurately represent the actual weight of the consolidated package. We will try to repackage your products to be able to fit into the best shipping package possible without compromising the packaging integrity of the products. We offer a variety of shipping methods based on the urgency of your order and the reliability of each carrier. If we are unable to ship to the country which you are from, please contact us through our contact form to enquire as we do have restrictions on which countries we can ship to.
As we are a GST-Registered company in Singapore, we have to collect sales tax for orders in Singapore. For orders out of Singapore, we do not collect import duties and taxes. Please check with your local customs office to find out more information on the duties payable.
As we are a local retailer, our guarantee to the customer is that we will have physical stock of the items that we are selling online to avoid disappointment. We want our customers to be assured that your orders will be delivered in a timely manner as soon as payment is cleared to enjoy a fuss free experience.
In the unfortunate event that a backorder should arise, we will either refund you your order or endeavor to fulfill your backorder depending on the resolution that you are comfortable with. Communication will be done via email or phone to ensure that you are being updated with the status of your order.
